3.05 p.m. and "Alan" has just called again - this time to ask if my Sky Television is working okay. Hmmm, bit of a problem there in that I don't have Sky. I told him I knew this was a scam and to "get stuffed!"
Another 15 Hail Mary's as penance ...

How does the scam work then?
ReplyDeleteNever having gone through it I don't know the details, but it involves a spurious checking of the system and then a request for account details as they will have to issue a new box ..... or else they try and set up/renew an Insurance package ....
